You may not:

• submit false details or someone else's details in the forms;
• submit forms in bulk or automatically;
• security-test the website without written permission. If you find a vulnerability we would like to hear about it: see security.txt.

The pages on ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIS2, DORA, GDPR and our other services are general information. They are not legal advice and do not replace an assessment of your own case. Law changes; each page shows when it was last updated.

The gap analysis is indicative: it relies only on your answers, without reviewing evidence. It is not a compliance audit, inspection or certification and must not be presented as one to customers, certification bodies or authorities.

It is free and creates no obligation or contractual relationship.

• The booking is confirmed by email; the Teams invitation is sent to the email you gave.
• To reschedule or cancel, reply to the confirmation email. If we cannot make it, we will tell you in good time and suggest a new slot.

Paid services are provided only under a written proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms. Timelines, examples and indicative figures on the website are not a binding offer.

Certification (e.g. ISO 27001) is always decided by an independent accredited certification body. We prepare you and stand beside you; we do not certify and cannot guarantee the certification body's decision.

The text, graphics, animations, code and logo of the website belong to KodeX GRC. Short quotations with attribution and a link to the source are welcome. ISO/IEC standards belong to ISO and IEC; we refer to them for information only.

We take care that the content is accurate and the website available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the general content of the website or for the content of external sites we link to. Our liability for intent or gross negligence is not limited.

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. The website does not use cookies.

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Larissa have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to rules that protect consumers. Before anything else, write to us — it is usually solved with one email.
