Let's talk about your actual picture.

You don't need to bring a brief. Send us the context — what's on your mind, what deadline you have, who's asking. We reply within one business day with a proposal for a short 10-minute conversation — no charge, no commitment.

Larissa, Greece

We take meetings by appointment only. The exact address is sent with the confirmation — because we prefer to know who's coming, and to be genuinely available when you arrive.

For clients outside Thessaly, meetings happen via video call. For projects abroad, we have experience with remote delivery — no physical presence required.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear before the first call — about the process, not the services.

How much does a first conversation cost?

Nothing. The first 10-minute call is free and without commitment. No deposit, no card details, no proposal before you ask for one. If after the call you want to move forward, we discuss next steps. If not, no follow-up.

Do I need a brief or requirements ready?

No. Most companies arrive with a general question — "our client is asking for ISO 27001", "we need to comply with NIS2", "we think we have gaps". That's enough. On the call we ask the questions needed to understand the context.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within 2 weeks of signing the contract. For security incidents, immediately — urgent cases take priority over any other work. For projects with a hard deadline (tender, supervisory review, certification date), let us know from the start and we'll factor it in.

How do you protect the data I share?

We respect confidentiality from the first contact — before any contract is signed. Everything you send through the form or by email is stored on European servers, with access limited to those who actually need to see it. We don't share, sell, or use it for any other purpose. If you need an NDA before sharing something more detailed, send us yours or ask for ours.

Do you work with clients outside Greece?

Yes. We have experience delivering projects remotely across Europe and the US, with clients we've never met in person. The deliverables are the same — communication stages adjust to the time zone. If you also need physical presence during audits, we discuss it case by case.
